The Allium 'Dutchman' is a beautiful species of plant with star-shaped flowers on giant ball-shaped blooms. The plant gets to a respectable 70cm when fully grown and does best when planted from September to December. The allium will then bloom in early summer around June.

The Allium 'Dutchman' is best planted around 10cm deep into well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Taller alliums like this can also benefit from shelter on one side to help protect it from the wind.
